The robotic era is arriving before the sign-language standard is set. The risk is not that robots will sign poorly. The risk is that a non-native signing model becomes the default first. Once embedded across platforms, that becomes technical debt: expensive to replace, culturally hard to unwind, architecturally baked into the machines.

SignaVision exists to put Deaf-centred, sign-native cognition into embodied AI from day one — before the standard hardens.

Every architecture decision answers that question. The brain must preserve what fluent signers carry across turns: spatial loci, discourse memory, referents, role shift, repair — and the regional, rural and community variation that is part of the language itself.
